Matching is based on role similarity, past case experience, and a short diagnostic conversation. We select mentors who have demonstrable experience with the specific scenario a participant needs to practice.

Bring a current work artifact (presentation, project brief, or past performance summary), a clear short-term objective, and any hiring or promotion criteria you must meet. Preparation lets mentors focus sessions on practical rehearsal.

Yes. Team programs start with a diagnostic workshop that identifies three priority cases for the cohort; these form the basis of peer clinics, mentor-led rehearsals, and team-specific capstones.

Progress is tracked via repeatable artifacts, session logs, and three agreed milestones per engagement, such as improved stakeholder feedback, completed capstone, or a rehearse-and-present exercise evaluated against a rubric.

Mentors bring backgrounds in technology, management, product, operations, and HR. The emphasis is on prior practical experience managing role transitions or leading cross-functional initiatives.

After the initial diagnostic call we typically propose a first session within one to two weeks, depending on mentor availability and the complexity of the planned scenario work.
